Villa Panos, is an outstanding 2 level Cycladic seaside residence of 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms, plus one outdoor bathroom with an amazing open-sky shower. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them master with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious family playroom with home cinema and a small bar, plus an auxiliary room with washer and dryer. The main level includes a master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, and private terrace; the relaxing living room, with adjoining dining terrace that provides wonderful sea views; a fully equipped kitchen and a smaller bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

Ground Floor
The Ground floor level of the Panos villa includes a master bedroom that features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom & amenities; an adjacent master bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom & amenities. These two master bedrooms can communicate, via an isolating sound-absorbing door, if desired. On the same floor, a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom & amenities can welcome 3 teenagers or one adult; all rooms are air-conditioned. A family playroom with home cinema and a small bar is ideal for entertaining the villa’s guests. This floor also features a supporting washer /dryer room. Among the impressive outdoor premises of the villa, the large terraces and the swimming pool offer excellent views of the Aegean as well as the rugged local surroundings and are carefully designed to celebrate the natural beauty of Kalados; a dining table ideal for large gatherings, a pool bar, a sun deck and an open-air bathroom with shower to watch the stars.

First Floor
On the main level, Panos includes a master bedroom, with a queen size bed, private ensuite bathroom with amenities and a private terrace overlooking a lemon tree with expansive views to the Lesser Cycladic islands. The floor’s spacious living room, with adjoining dining terrace offers unobstructed views towards the sea. The villa’s kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and comfort and is ideal for family cooking. A smaller bedroom located behind the kitchen, with a double bed, a private shower and an adjoining bathroom, that may be used for the house help if desired.
